Wand Worker's Profile...
Having been spiritually gifted since childhood, I've always felt a bond with with the natural world & beyond. Being raised in traditional organized religion I was not accepted as "normal". Being told that my gifts were of the devil. I knew early on that this was rubbish. I embraced my gifts & learned many truths that the Universe had to offer. Although keeping most of it to myself for many years.
In my 20's I discovered wood turning & took to it like a duck to water. I built my first lathe from scratch for I had no funds to buy a real one. I then started to design & craft my wands. Over the years of coarse I purchased nicer tools for creating my wands. I have been blessed with a heart & mind for creating these works as well as wand stands, candle stands & pedestals, pendulums & other alter tools. Natural wood seems to speak to me more than any other material for this.
My wands are a product of my heart, mind & spirit. I've been crafting these wands for around 30 years. I've crafted wands for witches & covens by request across the country as well as in the U.K. I have had the honor of even crafting a wand for a Native American Pipe Carrier here in the Pacific Northwest as well. This of course is very rare. They are of a superior level of quality & craftsmanship. At times I don't know how they will look till they're finished as I allow the wand to have a say in it's final shape. I take great joy in crafting these tools.
Since retiring it is now my life & main source of income actually. Living in the North Cascade Mtns. of WA State gives me plenty of inspiration. If any questions, please contact me. always glad to chat.
