Fractaldragon's Profile...
I'm an Eclectic Pagan trying to figure out my practice. I've considered myself Pagan for at least a couple of decades. I honor a God (usually the Horned God/Herne/Cernunnos) and a Goddess (usually as the Triune Maiden/Mother/Crone) . I love cats and am currently owned by 4, the latest being a very cute ex-barn cat we've named Mi-ke because she is a calico. I'm married to a techogeek with the heart of a romantic (Valentine's Day is our "other anniversary" because he proposed on Valentines Day) . He's not a Pagan, but claims to be a "militant Agnostic" and "Pagan Sympathizer" and he's very supportive. I am a biblioholic—yes, I admit I am addicted to books. I have a huge collection, and when we moved to Seattle several years ago, it was my books (even after I thinned my library) that put us about 2000 pounds over the very reasonable weight limit of 20, 000 pounds for the move. My problem is every time I find a new interest or discover (or have recommended to me) a new author, I have to go get all the books I can find (and sometimes also start a new magazine subscription) . So even if I thin the library, within a year or two it's at least back up to the same size, if not larger. I also love Japanese art, especially in the form of kimono, which I collect (and I probably have over 100 kimono and haori in my collection) . I also love all kinds of jewelry and am particularly fond of dichroic glass. We currently live in a huge old house (1918) with a finished basement and about 1/3 acre of property (vastly overgrown) . The house is quirky and always needs something worked on, but we really like it. It certainly has enough room for crash space if anyone is coming to our area and needs some!
