I have always been drawn to the creative and healing energies of the universe. As an artist I've incorporated my creative gifts with healing. By using my art as therapy for the soul and as meditation guides I incorporate the two energies. I also donates my art for causes and projects whose revenue is given to helping others.
"Sacred art is imagery intended to uplift the mind to the spiritual. It can be an object to be venerated not for what it is but for what it represents; it symbolizes understanding and feelings that words simply can't describe. Attunement to the beautiful is one of the most important methods of spiritual work, because it contributes to the refinement of the consciousness.
Creator is the most subtle form of Consciousness in the universe. Thus, on the way to transcendence, spiritual seekers have to refine themselves as consciousnesses. One can refine the consciousnesses by cultivating subtle positive emotions and refusing coarse ones. The attunement to the most subtle phenomena of living nature and to sublime works of art can be of great help of this Path."
As a visual and imaginative artist, I work purely on impulse – When I set out to do a piece I do not have a plan laid out, I let my intuition, subconscious or higher self take over and just allow the creation to flow.
All of my work is a reflection of myself—
To me Art is an intimate process of projecting myself and my perspective onto the world, and the images that I produce as a result exist as a very personal reflection of myself. My art is a material reflection of my soul. My art represents my eternal processes of finding, understanding and defining myself. As I am ever evolving so too is my art ever evolving.
My aim is to provoke the viewer to delve deep within each piece and therefore deeper into their own psyche, perhaps observing or experiencing emotions that are not clearly apparent at first glance. I believe each painting should speak for itself - rather than to force an interpretation on the viewer.
I walk the path of Spirit, committed to engaging with the Great Mystery and the miracle of life with gratitude, awe, wonder and humility.
Since childhood I have held a profound and mystical vision of life, aware of the spiritual presence and interaction between various layers and levels of reality. Through initiatory processes and education directly in nature and from diverse teachers and cultures, I have honed my skills and gifts as a teacher and practitioner of ancient healing methods with a unique spiritual mastery.
We are only beginning to realize the important potentials of being conscious individuals creating new communities in modern life. Our willingness to explore unfamiliar terrain allows both the wisdom of our ancestors and the hope of our descendants to inspire our efforts.
Shamanism is the oldest spiritual practice still in existence today. A Shamanic worldview is one that sees beyond the arbitrary separations of status and understands the sacredness and value in all life. There is spirit and connection between all things.
