In Perfect Love and Perfect Trust

Turning around and around
Spinning on the spot
Arms out stretched
Hands sweeping upwards
The mist that surrounds me
A tornado of power
Closing in around me
Wrapping its arms around me
Keeping me safe in Her warmth
Drawing my mind closer to the Goddess
I lift my life up for Her to see
I hold my heart out for Her to hold
For I came here
In Perfect Love and Perfect Trust
I stop still at once
Still reaching out to Her
I feel like I can touch the sky
This power inside me is amazing
I feel like I can do anything
I believe in myself again
In my power
That’s deep inside me
I wish I knew how to harness it
Make things happen
Make everything all better again
Take away the pain
Banish the evil
For I came here
In Perfect love and Perfect Trust
I fall to the ground
Gently and slowly
Like falling onto a cloud
I feel at peace again
My body free from pain
My mind at ease
I take a deep breath
The air so cool and crisp
Nothing else seems to matter anymore
No one can hurt me right now
I am Her child again
Being nurtured in Her arms
A tear escapes my eye
And I know She loves me
For She put me here

Author's Notes: Something that means a lot to me. I wrote while in one of my happiest moods so far since taking this path. Which is only recently. I Decided that what has been in my life for the past 10 years, and keeps 'popping' up and presenting itself for me to see. Then mybe there is more to it. Not sure if you know what I mean. But I do, and that is the main thing. So, I hope you like my poems. I feel they are just a creative way for me to write my feelings.
Something I wrote in my BOS a while ago:
"Songs are the voices of our soul,
Poems are the words of thought..."
