Deepest Condolences - Keep Hope

During this life, I have found
That life is a wheel turning round,
We enjoy good times, with laughter and fun
On blue skied days with warm golden sun,
But occasionally there's tears and pain
And life becomes stormy with pouring rain.
During these dark times, it may be hard to see,
How we can ever again smile and be happy,
But try to be strong, find strength in your heart
Trust that your near and dear ones never do part
They are still with you, and will be for always
To see you through both the sunny and stormy days.
We need both the sun and rain for life to live,
And grow through the lessons and memories both give.
Although these times may be hard, and the pain runs deep
Remember that the pain will fade, but good memories you’ll keep.
It’s simply a new beginning, not an end
And in time your heart and soul will mend
Until you all meet up once more,
In a place of freedom, where your spirits will soar.
In the wheel of life, there’s both good and bad
Times of laughter, and times so sad,
But the wheel keeps on turning, it can’t stand at rest
Let the pain heal, and remember the best.
Author's Notes: Just a short poem I wrote within a deepest condolences card. Everyone suffers pain during some stages of life, this is a poem to encourage ppl to retain hope during difficult times, and to remember that you'll remember the best memories long after the wounds have healed.
