The song of the goddess

Prologue
There is she who holds the secrets divine, interpreted by the runic occult sign. Who is she? A man cannot know her, although as a man he may try, for to learn the secret that she holds a man must eternally die, and then in her arms for a second of bliss there to lie. She is the mother; she is the purest child, in peace so calm but in war so wild. She is returning to the glory of being herself in her story. This then is that tale, to honour the woman, to honour the female. She is the earth, she is the heaven and stars, we know the time has come to heal her body and remove the scars. She has the power to transform us as we embody her; we are her in all her games, so the time has come to reclaim the truth and follow the sacred goddess in all her varied names. With her weaving she will unite, in our souls the fire to ignite. It is as a sacred song her life has been sung, though at times long lost, but then to have it resurface in the young. Her passion cannot be doubted, nor her love and devotion ignored, she has released her power of truth, and in that truth is her reward. I urge all peoples male and female alike set your goal on the sacredness of being, realise it is you yourself, of yourself and for yourself that you are seeing, till in the throes of an ardent passion your heart and soul you are freeing. It is a song sung, danced and enjoyed; it is a celebration of the senses there employed. It is energy, not to be shunned and put aside, it is a dance that reflects the gifts inside, for the female is the teacher as well as the guide. She brings an honour to life and a sacredness to love, to know that what connects all is the below to the above. She brings an honour to the soul and a balance to the heart, to know that eternity in eternity must in love have its start. Six women we will meet, in forms overt and discreet. The first a virgin, so purest pure, then the creator and destroyer, as wielder of gifts obscure, to the lover and the seductress, whose passions do so allure. Then it is the mother, with the sacred science explored, to become the priestess and wise one whose silence cannot be ignored. And then we have the muse to reveal things that where once there stored.
Author's Notes: this is the prologue to a work of mine called the song of the goddess it is my humble offering to the female energy.
