Who are you, when naked and alone
Yes, you ordained with scars and lines;
Are these flaws by your own hand sown
Or the toil and brand of Father Time?
Who are you, in the mirror glass
Further in where eyes don’t see,
What secrets there do you amass
What blemishes, what raw beauty?
Who are you, do you care to know
When adornment falls away to naught,
What stands there in the moon aglow
Unnamed… Untamed… Unthought?
