Gothic Melody

You cut me deep,
Left me bleeding.
There’s nothing left to see;
Nothing’s all that’s ever left,
When you’re done with me.
The blood is on the knife,
And the proof is on the wall.
But this is just your gothic melody;
Poison remedy.
Are you so blind to what you can’t see?
I’m dying right in front of you.
Blind betrayal of a heartless lover,
Who would ever want another?
You built me up to tear me down,
I hope you’re happy now.
You broke me and you beat me,
Don’t you feel so Proud!

Author's Notes: This is actaully a song I wrote, not sure what it's about, but I felt like it needed to be shared.
