It Could Be Better...

I have a couple of friends,
A nice little family,
But it could be better.
I go to school,
I get good grades,
But it could be better.
I have my music,
And my thoughts,
But it could be better.
I dont know what I'm complaining about,
I have my friends,
They all care,
But I still dont know why,
I feel empty in side.
I wish for greater things,
I wish for more then life,
I wish that every thing would just go all right.
The world sees this girl,
All happy and such,
But what they dont see,
Is me.
I have an inside,
And an out,
But my inside is so more complicated.
They dont see how much I hurt,
Some times my friends dont care,
My mom cries a lot,
My school sucks,
The students are bad,
They swear a lot,
I'm not that smart,
I get a 64.
I wish my life could be simpler,
I just dont get it!
Ever hear that saying,
I smile because I dont know what's going on around me?
Thats what I do,
I smile and I laugh,
But really I dont know what's going on.
Why is the world so confusing?
Why is my life?
Why can't it be better?
Why cant my mom stop crying?
Why do the students swear?
Why am I not smart?
Why?
Why,
The biggest question,
The world has ever known.
It has been around so long,
But it still doesnt have an answer.
It could be nice,
It could be better.
