Patience

Patience, I many splendid thing.
How do I obtain it, without throttling anything?
I am a slow walker, all who walk with me do agree.
I teach others great patience just by being me.
Why then is it so hard for me, to learn the same lesson that I teach?
I suppose we’re all just human, that is why I guide but do not preach.
To obtain patience with another, you must see it from their side.
Understand the other person, and give up all your pride.
Once you set aside all your expectations,
Your patient soul, with open arms, awakens.
