Self-Destruct

My self-destructive side is talking to me again,
Whispering sweet poison in my ear,
She takes the slashes so I don't have to,
Screams so loud yet no one hears.
what do I do when She takes control?
Sit back and enjoy the ride.
Watch the walls run with blood
While I scream and fight, and die inside.
My self-destructive side is talking to me again,

She takes the slashes so i don't have to,
Screams so loud yet no one hears.
but today I noticed as I sat alone
Waiting for the pain to quit,
I noticed something wonderful;
I like it.
