Life Without Him

As our sixth month draws ever closer, he pulls further away. Was it that I scared him? Did I hurt him? I believe so.
Pregnant thoughts flood his mind, but I can't make the math add up.
I look in his eyes. Filled with love, confusion, and loneliness. What can I say to make him feel the way I feel? How do I show him how much I actually love him?
I sit here listening to him breath, and read the paper. How I would miss that.
He tells me he loves me, that he's sorry for not showing me that much attention. I just want him to hold me now.
He's my life.
