passage of living
by raven bran
Age Group: Adult
sun glistening on the fallen snow
air crisp from winter’s breath
the sky brilliant in a myriad of colors
it’s a morning of renewal
breaking through the blanket of white
the green stem of a crocus
revealing the rebirth of the ground
earth welcoming the season change
birds singing in the distance
animals frolicking in friskiness
enjoying the re-awakening
the life circle regenerated
everything is reborn
a fresh start to life
the slate wiped clean by mother nature
to rejoin the passage of living
