REBIRTH
A large but finite Universe,
So fast the change each day, each step adventure --
No signposts to the future but those we paint ourselves.
Life serves life.
The Shaman speaks to trees, to animals --
I speak to food, the roof, my tools,
For all these things have structure.
Life exists in Molecule and Quark,
In Stone and Star and All of Us between,
Yet mind the only channel that we know
Through which to touch it.
Damn the false religions that have chained us!
Beyond their time, they drive us to destruction.
Damn the false assumptions and the myths
Of nation, race, free enterprise and the rest ----
Outworn, outdated programs,
Garbage In - Garbage Out.
