Depression

Age Group: Adult
Depression is like a nasty stain
you can cover it, you can hide it
but hen you go to move, it appears
Depression is a restraint
You can't fall off the roller coaster
You can't even call for help
Everyone around seems so happy
Why bother them with your issues?
why ask them for assistance?
there is one cure for a depressive state.
Love will help put smiles on
Love will clean up that stain
If you feel low, call apon those you love.
