Darkinus-Dagger-Meditation

Stand or sit facing East
Focus on the unseen
Our feet are anchored to the earth
Focus on the unseen
A point of extreme light is above us
Focus on the unseen
Watching until it becomes the size of a sombrero hat
Focus on the unseen
Pointing to the sombrero sized light with your dagger we draw it down, first pointing past your heart - pointing downward covering our core
Focus on the unseen
Holding the dagger over your core area, pointing downward feel the light in your head coming down along with the blade, through your body and beyond your feet, down too eternity
Focus on the unseen
Now draw the dagger pointing upward through the centre of your body to your right shoulder, feel the beam of light running down your arm and off into infinity
Focus on the unseen
Bring the dagger back to your centre and then to your left shoulder feeling the light exit through your hand off into infinity
With focus bring the light and dagger back to your heart and clasp both hands around the dagger aiming up, visualize at the top of the hands a glitzy golden glow
Focus on the unseen
Now we are standing in the centre of a cross of all powerfull light that reaches to infinity
With music, focus on the unseen and relax
Author's Notes: Footnoted:
** (added later) ** the dagger, can be substituted for; a 20"x3-lb, form stripping tool, called. "Dead On-B1." Or comparable. Over the high quality of iron, the relative shape, and especially it's real weight. I paid around, $10.00 bran, 'new. Oh'oo and it's not razor sharp may be a consolation. O____O ~theglitzygoldenglow~ O______O
