My soul is drawn to this place
This immutable place between light and dark
Where one can face his soul
In the stark relief of reality
Where all the loves of my life are real
Touchable, redeemable within my youth’s passion
Where the truths and half-truths are enriched
Understood, cherished and reviewed with heart’s candor
A place that the sun’s warmth ever touches
A place of peace and tranquility
A place where trusts are a virtue and love their reward
A place where Her luminescence lightens the darkness
A place where honor is sought not given away
A place where peace is earned not just a gift
A place where love is venerated not denigrated
A place renewed each day by Her grace
A place that is betwixt and between
Filled with the soft fragrance of spring
The yearning of new beginnings
The spellbinding magick of new love
A place where beauty is not in the eye of the beholder
But the beholder is part of a beauteous landscape
A place where I can hold your memory gently,
As I once held you, remembering your soft words and sighs
A place where I can love you once again
Cry happy tears and feel your gentle touch
Where magick reigns within the earth mother
And I can see you once again in all your wonder
May the gentle breezes that caress your hair
Be as loving as my kiss in moonlight
May the raindrops that caress your face
Be as warm and gentle as the tears that fall on mine
