Poem - Feelings

FEELINGS©
Feelings are are like colors
Across the spectrum that we know
Reds and greens and yellows
Pinks, white, gray or mauve
They spring from the inner being
Each day that we survive
Brought upon by others
Who share this wondrous life!
Be they friend or lover
Our child, a woman, man
They dress us with their feelings
Sharing their guilt or happiness
They place their burden on us
By winds that bring their tales
All packaged by the Weaver
Smiling ... sitting at her Wheel
For as each day is different
The tale is not the same
And who by causing feelings
Can actually be to blame!
