Poem - Butterflies

BUTTERFLIES ARE FREE©
I took a walk the other day
Just a mile down the road
And in that mile, that one short mile
I learned a thing or two
That Nature grants us beauty
If we only stop and look
Just glance around you if you dare
And maybe you will see
Just like the flowers and the grass
That Butterflies are free
They flit from flower to flower
On multi-coloured wings
Rainbows all without the rain
Nature’s gift to each
To remind us of the love and joy
That abounds within this world
So pause awhile on your walk
Remember all you’ve seen
And share your love with someone close
Because like all Butterflies, it’s free
