Poem - Stone Circle

STONE CIRCLE
There is a circle made of stone
Not far from where I stand
Surrounded by an old oak grove
Gently kissed by Sun's sweet rays
Power swirls in colours there
Like a rainbow touching earth
And blesses all of those
That fills Their world with worth
It seeks the ones who listen
To the sweet song of this world
Who dare to be so different
These ones who chant and twirl
Who challenge all the ages
With their knowledge of Her power
And seek no peace from fire's warmth
At midnight's magick hour
Who come within Their circle
The foundation of all worlds
Singly or together
Amongst life's swirling spiral
These souls that show compassion
Granting love from deep within
Who gently touch these stones
That wrap the circle of rebirth
For they have stood for ages
Seen the past and present there
And are the unknown futures
Of those that gather there
So come with me and tarry
Take my hand and stand with me
Bide with me amongst these stones
And feel eternity
