Poem - Sleep

I gaze in wondrous adoration
At her in gentle sleep
Upon a bower made of love
Within the moonlight’s silver glow
Wrapped there in dreams of magick
Her sweet form draws me near
This one I need, this one I love
This one my soul desires
She lays in wondrous splendour
There before my eyes
A flower filled with beauty
Petals open to the sky
Her hair lies on the pillow
In graceful flowing waves
Lithe form in dream filled sleep,
Stirring, gently moving, as I gaze
I yearn to lie beside her
And feel her silken touch
To feel her move against me
Within the wonders of our love
But I will sit in wonder
Drink her beauty in
And place it deep within my soul
Gently wrapped within our love
