To no longer fear

Write out your fear on all natural paper if you can, Get one candle of white, Bless it or dress it if you wish. Meditate and envision your fear leaving you like a black smoke. Light the paper and say;
"WIth this fire burns my fear for today It brings good chear, with this fire fear be gone with the power of 3 so shall it be done."
Blow out the candle and be on your way, you may burry the candle symbolising the death of your fear.
Author's Notes: I used this spell the night before my surgery and chanted it all the way in the surgery, it worked, I wasnt afraid
