9/11 tribute

Age Group: Adult
A tear falls
From the eye of The Lady
So much damage caused this day
So many of her children lost
All at once, so sudden, so fast
But as the dust settles
Others gather
Helping each other
Gathering strenght
Love is shared by all
Love is given by all
No matter age, gender, color, or beliefs
All join together to help
Join to help make things better
And The Lady dost begins to smile again
The ache in her heart healing
At the courage and love her children show
But never will she forget what happened that day
The day of 9/11
