Symbol of Imbolc

I walk through the mist
that cloaks the frost
that shrouds me in shadows,
that hides the door from my eyes.
I speak to the shadows
whisper to the mist
I pray to the Lady,
yet the frost still lies.
I feel the warmth
see the shimmer of frost fade,
momentarily blinded
by Spring doors reflection.
Through it I walk
I see
I feel
where Winter will meet it's rejection.
Author's Notes: This was writen after I looked at a picture that was drawn by Jessica Galbreth (her website is found bellow) . It is called the Symbol of Imbolc and it is a wonderful piece of art. Feedback is welcome and encouraged. Blessed be.
