To see you
to hear you
to know that you're not there.
To touch you
to feel you
slowly making my heart tear.
To want what i can't have
kills me deep inside
to know that i could have you
but my life is one big lie.
Watching you
destroy your life
pulling me down too.
Why are you oblivious
to all but you're own pain!?
How can you not see me here,
right in front of you!?
How can you not hear me
screaming out you're name?
I try to get you're attention,
make you notice i exist,
but you're blind and deaf to me
my efforts are in vain.
How can you still be so blind
and cause me so much pain?
I wish that you could understand
and see what i'm going through
but i guess it doesn't matter
'cause i don't mean a thing to you.
Author's Notes: This was something that I just thought up. I read a friends poems and got some kind of freaky inspiration.
