These poems used to flow with more ease
when I, this Solitary, felt more alone,
when I was drifting in darkness,
and forced down on my knees,
when my heart hung from my neck like a stone.
But our Pain can become such an ally,
like Death,
Against such Darkness we can brilliantly shine
When we embrace death,
we learn to cherish each breath
then we are Free, to leave the devil, Ego, behind
Yes, there is a purpose for Pain in our Life
It’s the black gift of the God and the Goddess
We are blessed in grief with our tears,
when we are blessed with strife,
it makes us stronger - more Whole, not less
Such merciful change is helped by a Catalyst
A spiritual aid I would surely recommend -
A God might prescribe a spiritual tryst
A Goddess might suggest a spiritual friend
Either way, offer your Power to reclaim your Soul
Indulge in pure pleasure, check your emotion
Love In-the-moment can make us Whole
When we transcend any permanence notion
No, these words are not so easily flowing
Since my tired old soul has found some rest
My Heart soothed, fluid again, and glowing
In the Light of this bright stone on my chest.
We are Solitary
You are not Alone
We Live
in an Extraordinary Time
like Deities
in Impossible Comfort
But we Die
A God for a day
For a Goddess always
