There is something dreadful in the air tonight
Something worse than summer's final breath
The killing winter frost that cometh is all right
But amongst it I sense a sad unnatural death
I worry now for those lovers' hopes so high
I fear that mighty fate might have intervened
Like heavy grey clouds stalk the magenta sky
Life Beautiful dancing with a cold dark fiend
Right now we can not put our fingers on it
We can not point and boldly name it out loud
But tonight I hear Death sing a bitter sonnet
Humming an unknown name among the cloud
