I am The One to Blame

I do not know what I am doing
But I know we must slow down
It’s a storm our heat is brewing
And I will not have you drown
I need you to be much more aware
That I barely know now Love from Art
Though I do want to stroke your hair
Someone was careless with my heart
I am not sure if my heart's broken
Or if its just been blown open wide
I do believe those words I’ve spoken
But I no longer trust myself inside
I know that I would love to love you
‘Give you wings and then take flight
But I won’t eclipse the Sun above you
Nor turn your bright days into night
Though your name is on my lips
And its your sweet taste I do desire
I know the lovely hollows of your hips
Will set my peaceful forest soul on fire
Oh give me my death by holy Water
Give me death by passion’s Flame
Let me be your Goddess' cannon fodder
Oh let me be The One to blame…
