(Harvest Moon)
O
A lone bull roams by night-time frost
Through silent northern woods forlorn
His far off suitor calls out to him
He crashes toward Her blindly lost
So she might glimpse prime moonlit horn
Harvest moon night long and colder
Autumn's death frost hard upon the air
Driving on his most urgent desire
His antlered pride one year older
Blaze orange leaves danger everywhere
He hears passion in her calling rhyme
She moves in the shelter of moonlight
By being with Her in the moment
They will be together for all time
Her shine reflected in new antlers bright
