She still shines for me so bright
Through Her grey hagstone womb
Above me monthly full at night
In mysterious light of the cool moon
She still whispers to me in the wind
In words She can not speak aloud
For fear of those who'd say we sinned
That's when She hides behind a cloud
She still sends me heartfelt kisses
In Her warm summer zephyr breeze
Caressing yet the Love She misses
The One whose hand She'll not yet seize
She still reveals to me true miracles
Throughout our seasons and in art
Around stone solstice fire circles
That begin again at our end's start
She still comes to me in lovely faces
I have never met yet known always
Here below vast starlit outer spaces
In these the last of our first days...
