How many times must I die in ecstasy like this
Ever losing myself gloriously deep inside you
The Whole of what I am reduced and throbbing
Gently thrust then beautifully suckled
within these engorged and silken moments
We glisten as equals in and out of bliss
Oh, what a divine miracle your feminity...
creating Life anew from Earth and Death
harmoniously ever nurturing graceful
as you offer up the power of beautiful Light
that masks the source of your inner darkness
The only deities
worth their mortal salt
are goddesses all
I weaken at the knees intoxicated
by the essense of your dark Minoan Rose
for I am but one lowly man
among men redundant and expendible
Receive me, take all that I am,
nor ever will be
In the offering take all that I can give
though it is not that much
but pearls that I spoon ardently for you
even though I must drown within the offering
take me by the horns and seize today
Vault high like night over my body bright
Then flow on beyond me again with Life
by dark rivulets pooling with my crimson spill
upon this your most haloed ancient ground
Oh.. drag your teeth across my vulnerable neck
bared and offered up only for You my Love
that I may go like a god into the long night
knowing something at least of sacrifice
and your heaven above our Earthly pain
Oh my goddess... cut me deeper
I am so Light-headed now... crown me!
Gathering for posterity...
Fading into night...
