There is something in the air tonight
Thats setting man and beast on edge
Its put good calm horses unto flight
Away from all the rustling in Her hedge
There is something in the air this eve
Like olde restless souls upon the breeze
Its senseless when steel nerves take leave
Sensing Her dark whispers 'mongst the trees
There's a faint metal rattling in the distance
Like heavy chains dragging at hard ground
Then hooves take flight in their own defense
As do shy deer before Her tonguing hound
There's a Goddess gathering in the wind
That has set both man and beast on edge
Like a Wild Huntress who has never sinned
Taking lives to feed our lesser knowledge
There is Death descending from the cloud
As She a falcon stoops from dark skies above
You may hear Her say your name out loud
Before She strykes you down for higher Love
