Magic!

Magic
So is your magic white - were you pickin' a fight?
Why do you judge me? You didn't talk to me.
I was dancing a dance - it was my only chance
And it was tearing me apart.
So if your magic is white and you don't wanna fight
Do you believe that no one can hurt me now?
I was taking a chance in this difficult dance
And it was tearing me apart.
Chorus: "Your ecstacy: my fantasy.
Oh can't you see my distant measure?
Things that were said! Things that were spread!
Where is the truth is there hope, somewhere?

Now in this place left for me there is nothin' to see
'Cause it is loveless, cold, without mystery.
And I am searchin' to find good things I left behind
On this new journey of wisdom and change.
I need a love not a shove - help me rise up above
To understand my place in this mystery.

Author's Notes: End of album and the end of a peculiar period in my life. I wonder what it was all for...Who knows??? Mid life crisis possibly!
