When there is nothing left
To really say nor do
And there's no mountain cliffs to climb
You'll still know that I love you
When I've no words left to rhyme
When there is no Light left
To shine aspiring unto
And there's no black seas left to part
You'll still know how I loved you
When I can't face you heart-to-heart
When there is no Sunrise left
To warm us through skies blue
And no endless seas yet uncrossed
You will still know why I love you
When you find that All's not lost
When there are not even sparks left
To set our rekindled hearts on fire
And just a lone star burns, a dying ember
You'll be in darkness still my One desire
When we've more past Lives to remember
