Barefoot Through Time’s Sand

Let me take you far away
Where folks still live well with the land
There pleasant work earns modest pay
Here good livings’ made by hand
Come with me for just one day
Get re-connected on the land
Dance rhythmic with your DNA
We’re of Earth in every strand
Gather in an ancient way
Where wolves still live well off the land
We’ll share a feast beside the bay
Then stroll barefoot through time’s sand
Rhyme with me my li’l light fae
Where kin are free to take a stand
Here honest folks still have their say
We don’t bow ‘pon kings’ commands
Dance with me ‘til you might stay
About our circles, fire-fanned
Romance all night where e’er we lay
Doubt not dawn’s gold sunrise band
