Such a change
Night Oh, night!
Storm and darkness,
Lady you are
Wondrous strong,
Lovely in your strength,
As is Thy light
That blinds my seekers eyes
Far away and ever near
From peak to peak,
Leaps Thy lyre thunder song
Not from one lone high place,
But every mountain now
Hath found a tongue,
And The Lady answers thro'
Her misty shroud and love
Carry all too joyous peaks
Secrete places
Therein secrete shared
By those who call
To her aloud!
And this is the night
Most glorious night
I am not here for slumber
This night
Lady lead me on
A sharer in thy fair
And fierce delight
A portion for the tempest
And yet a taste for me!
How the lake shines
By lightening flash,
Bright moon beams
Dancing to the earth!
Burgeoning through
Roiling thunderheads
And now again 'tis black,
And how with glee
The very hills shake
With mountain mirth,
As they do rejoice
AT Thy compelling worth
