To Be

To see a world
In the palm of your hand
To seek a miracle
In a grain of sand
To dance the circle
With the Lady fair
By will, in silence
To know and dare
To hear Her music
Spread ‘cross the land
Not just a listener
A player with the band
To walk that path
Tho’ it take great care
To act without fear
And cast away despair
To know a place
Where few do stand
To raise up your eyes
And lift up your hand
To cast in trust
And act in love
To own all your works
And the consequences thereof
To be wyld
Not to be tame
To have the wind
Carry your name
To feel her power
Pulse through your nerve
To strive to help
And act to serve
Power is given
Under the rule of three
An’ it harm none
Then you are free
To be a witch
Is to learn Her way
If She be your guide
You won’t wander astray.
