Dreaming of a Lady

You sought me out
I was always here
I am of the above and beyond
You called and I came
I am that which you are not
You cannot yet be as I am
You shall want … I will give
You seek me … I will find you
You will learn … I will teach
So let your base be… Love
So let your strong place be… Truth
So let your dwelling be… Trust
Here you may find me
Hidden in places beyond
Betwixt and between
In secretes and in silence
In the brightest darkness
In the darkness of light
I am within the here and there
I am outside a moment
A blink, a flash,
I am an Ancient
I am a Mother
I am yet a Maiden
Here am I with you
You knew naught
Yet knowledge you found
And from knowing
You learned to dare
And from daring
You found your will
And your will gave you silence
Silence for your works
Contemplate your acts
Think of what you do
For I am with you
You sought me out
You found what few see
You are a rarity, a jewel
You are my diamonds
You reflect my light
Into the darkness of ignorance
You are my mirrors
You walk my paths as your own
You are the doorways through which my light
Illuminates the world
Shine froth, shine brightly
In silence and in secrete
Speak not of my ways
Speak not of your works
Speak not of your joys
Speak not of your sorrows
Speak not of the oath
Speak not of the path
I will find new seekers
I will find new wanderers
I will direct them and guide them
Heritage and bloodline
By my example lead them
In silence, in secrete teach them to shine
By knowledge shall you come to power
By will alone is spirit set in motion
By daring are your acts accomplished
By silence are your contemplations your own
Before knowledge you where naught
Before will you wandered alone
Before daring you cowered in shadows
Before silence you where an open book
You shall shine forth my light
You shall be my light
Shine forth love truth and trust
Speak not and show forth my light
One Star glitters alone
In many mirrors is it multiplied
In diamonds its light scintillates
Casting a glow into remote shadows
Dispelling them, scattering them
You multiply and share the light
Shine the light, Share the light
I will find new mirrors
And new diamonds, new seekers
Lead, teach, share, and shine
Know, dare, will and be silence
I am among you … I am here
Laugh, dance and learn
These are those things
That spread the light
Dispelling the shadows
Of intolerance and ignorance
Fear only intolerance and ignorance
There is no greater source of shadow
These two breed hate
These two breed violence
Laugh to show humor
Dance to bring forth joy
Learn and continue to grow
Revere all that lives
Help life thrive, help life grow
Resist forces that seek destruction
Resist those that act by violence
Teach those lost in ignorance
Lead those foundering in intolerance
Each year is a wheel turning
The balance of the wheel
Must be maintained
Do not surrender
That which is yourself to Fear,
Act and cast out fear
Learn and cast out ignorance
The Wyld, friend and adversary
It has duality and purpose
As do you and all who seek
Purpose defined as seeking your truth
Walking your path and sharing your light
Step by step, and mile by mile
Every joy and each despair
They are all but one more step
Along the Path you have chosen
Remember each has a lesson
Each has value onto itself
Because of each, you are yourself
