Aftermath

Mother and child crying amongst the ruin.
Soldiers and civilians lay in a common sea of red.
The heart and soul of humanity crumbles like the buildings.
One not crying, one not suffering, one called hate.
Hate was the cause of the ruin, not the people with guns.
Those with the guns, look at the destruction, could this be a dream?
When the hate is gone, not much is left, just love.
For love will always last forever.
