Banish the fat

Banish Fat
Burn a black candle inscribed with how many pounds you wish to lose
On 4 pcs of fairy fire, write the following and recite as you write:
I banish the fat from my body
With the power of earth
I banish the girth.
So mote it be
*burn the fairy fire over a cauldron
I banish the fat from my body
With the power of air
I will feel so fair
So mote it be
*burn the fairy fire over a cauldron
I banish the fat from my body
With the power of water
All weight is in order
So mote it be
*burn the fairy fire over a cauldron
I banish the fat from my body
With the power of water
All weight is in order
So mote it be
*burn the fairy fire over a cauldron
I banish the fat from my body
With the power of fire
To lose 40 lbs I desire
So mote it be
*burn the fairy fire over a cauldron
Meditate on your fat melting away if you wish.
