Black Valentine

I drew you a heart
When we were so young
You looked at me and smiled
I asked you to be my valentine
Dressed in black, we held hands
And walked around in class
Everyone knew we were perfect
On this Valentine’s Day.
You are my beautiful
Black Valentine
I held you when you were in demise
I would kiss the tears away…
We were together since that time
Your face bloomed like a blossom
I saw the tears, unable to stop
Like damaged roses
I held you in my arms
Then the tears would finally stop
And we kissed that Valentine’s Day
