WHAT A SCHOOL IS?
ALLOW ME LADIES AND GENTLEMEN TO TELL YOU ABOUT WHAT A SCHOOL IS.
A SCHOOL IS AN INSTITUTION WHERE PEOPLE CONVERGE FROM VARIOUS PLACES
A SCHOOL IS A SETUP TO MOULD AN INDIVIDUAL TO A RESPONSIBLE ADULTHOOD
A SCHOOL IS AN INSTITUTION TROUGH WICH PEOPLE LIVE A BETTER LIFE
BUT THERE ARE THOSE WHO HINDER THE PROCESS OF LEARNING AND TEACHING
THE MEANING OF THE SCHOOL HAVE TAKE A DIVERGE DIRECTION
DANGEROUS WEAPONS ARE CARRIED WHEN COMING TO SCHOOL, AS
IF THEY ARE GOING TO THE BATTLEFIELD
THOSE STONE HEARTED ARE HARASING IN OUR SCHOOL PREMISES
GIRLS ARE RAPED, BOYS ARE STAPPED WITH KNIVES AND TEACHERS ARE INSTRUCTED AND SHOT TO DEATH
DRUGS AND ALCOHOL ARE TAKEN EXCESIVELY DURING LEARNING HOURS
THE ACADEMIC INSTITUTIONS ARE TURNED INTO BARS AND SHEBEENS
PUPIL ARE FRIGHTENED LEFT AND RIGHT BY THOSE MOONSHINERS
THIS IS THE CONTENTIOUS ISSUE TO BE SOLVED BY LEARNERS, PARENTS, TEACHERS AND OTHER STAKEHOLDERS.
THE INITIATION OF SAFETY IN SCHOOL WIL BORN A CONDUCIVE LEARNING CLIMATE.
DO WE LEAVE THINGS THIS WAY?IF THE ANSWER IS NO LETS RISE AND BUILD SAFER SCHOOLS TOGETHER.
LETS REVIEW OUR ORGANOGRAM
LETS HAVE ONE STREAM POLICY AND DANCE ONE TUNE,
LET THE RCL AND SMT WORK IN CONSULTATION WITH SGB,
LET SGB WORK HAND IN GLOVE WITH A.M AND D.M
LETS SING THE SAME TUNE OF SAFETY IN SCHOOL,
LET US NOT FOOL OUR SELVES, LETS US STAND FIRM PERPENDICULARLY TO THE GROUND AND FACE THE PROBLEM,
LET US NOT HAVE TWO STREAM POLICIES, WHERE WE ARE FLOWING PARALLEL TO EACH OTHER, KNOW THAT TOGETHER WE CAN MAKE IT AS LONG AS EVERY STAKEHOLDER IS ENTITLED TO BE A DISCIPLINARIAN.
LET US WORK LIKE MADAGASCA HIGH PRISON OF TRATORS, THAT’S IS REHABILITAION CENTER (CENTER OF CORRECTIONS)
IF WE BE GIVEN THE POWERS OF CHASING THE WRONG DOERS FROM SCHOOL OR SENT THEM TO JAIL WHERE THEY QUALIFY TO BE.AS LONG AS WE ARE THE SINGLE UNIT, TOGETHER WE CAN BUILD SCHOOLS WITH BETTER RESULTS.
