Age Group: Adult
Tight strings, this is no surprise
A catching of heart-pounding enigma
Hands that pull the covers over repeatedly
Searching for your ellusive essence
Not here shall I use you strings, I need you to
Hold back my Fierce One
Crying out for blood is this hooded figure
Swords ready to lotch the whither-wallies in your heads
To snipe them and cut them down to sanity! You poor
Fooling thoughtlessnesses of an aged time-tamper
What riddles you reek of are nothing as to my bluntness
The dagger of wait and attention that turns like sunflowers do
Patiently copping rays, so I snatch out of the air my nourishing
Waves of invisible chests filled with their secret desires
Locked as they should be! – Ho! So this one fears
The unknown element that wove itself into a tight-nit disease
Prepare yourself to hate me perhaps, but I shall persevere and touch
The boxed, enclosed, watching, hungering, abandoned things
The thoughts never before seen! I see them with infrared visions
Weaving time illusions with my bare hands
Before ensnared eyes, I do... I caught a thread of interest
Now you are hopelessly entangled in my words you think?
Illusions. All of them. I do no mere foolery
If you are captured beyond the forbidden boundaries of my temper-bind
Do not expect to see my sunny sides once again in future times
This rim of escape is narrow, the lip of a cup too deep for anyone to drink of
Though I doubt you would much desire the Dragon-ale within
Temper-binds. Not something to play with, let go...
Don’t wrap them like that! If they snap...! Woe to you
For you shall never again be seen through soul-window without a glimmer
Of everlasting envisionings, ruled by what was said and done
I forget little of this, who dares my temper-bind beyond the tight limits
I sorrow those who have never known restrictions... perhaps as I, in a manner
I sorrow myself not, however, indeed
I rejoyce in the weedings, the transplants that give a sunnier spot in life
The barely-hang-on’s that offer me firmer hands than those soft gloves of acceptance!
I need not push to dare, you see me on horizons that I perceived so long ago before
Have I reached the ears that can wormhole me to my own spaces?
Enjoy the facts that I have a temper-bind
It is there for you, not for myself
Insanity is welcomed at times in this head I have
...but for you all, I will sit serene-smile way, and hold back my lashing tongue
With temper-bind I hope you see where it begins
...and where it ends...
