The mirror reflects weak pestilence

The mirror reflects weak pestilence
beginning the turnaround of hunger
consumption and loss of sanity…
the last shouts of dying humanity as
they all become disfigured
from the livid anger that burns them
to the ash of the wind, the charcoal of earth
the rebirth of fertile soil, grounds
for time weaving a new mass destruction…
what is time? A pestilent disease
that hungers for your pace to ever quicken
until you are no longer moving, but a blur
racing ahead, leaving behind all you escape
and running to nothing but your hopes…
time, that torments us at a constant, when
it doesn’t even exist…
