Hate you – not hate you, all the same

Age Group: Adult
One moment your memory is divine
something solely mine that happened to me
through my pain and utter misery, your light
was what filled my nights with delight—
and pierced through me like a knife…
the next moment, your memory is evil
something to definitely avoid, your spiteful ways
deeds of abuse I’ll never forgive
not tomorrow, today, any day…
I said I can’t hate you? well I can
every time I remember what you’ve done by
my metaphysical side, to me, more than what
I seem… you spun your fantasy in a tight weave
wrapping around me so joy seemed
to just… bounce off of me…
one moment you are my joy…
and the next I hate you for just being alive…
but whether I hate you – not hate you
for the sweetness and the strife…
all the same, all I truly want, is for you:
to get out of my life.

Author's Notes: Yes, I am going to go on ranting on the subject. XD Sometimes I just feel the need to confirm the distance, to confirm my lack of feelings... at least, towards meh drow. Not meh drow, /the/ drow.
