Knot of anger

Pounding my stomach…
making me sick…
don’t ask questions and you’ll avoid this…
don’t talk back and you’ll survive
spare a knot of anger—
easy to dispel and divide…
just spill a little of it onto the ground
let your fury spiral around, before—
sinking back to sound silence
and peaceful reverence…
gently unknot…
and take a deep breath…
you’ll be out sooner than you think…
and it’ll be worth your patience…

Author's Notes: This is mostly a method when I "poetry" out my anger, which anyone can use who is feeling rather harrassed by someone you can't really talk back to or stand up against... if it's patience you seek...
