The killing in the wall (true story)

by Widdershins
 Age Group: Adult

The mountain passage is a treacherous road be careful, doubly so for the long winding path into the deep could easily be the hurl into eternal sleep. As you are initiated as a spy in enemy lines if you follow the program you can have an easy life if it weren’t for your sense of déjà vu, that the loyal assistant of yours won’t live the night through… and to keep your secret you allow him respect as they kill him away with only a tear of objection but no time to fret on burial ceremonies now because the gun suddenly swivels to you – everything slows down your exodus begins by jumping over a wall the bullets spark the cement as you fall in jerking motion you exit the system as witness you run to the Ice Lady, no less your true fellows meet you there “hurry, there’s no much time, they’re on your tail!” you beckon to the Ice Lady, she you will not loose so she picks up her frail form and follows you through into the burrow of Mice Men, you enter the hole where no daylight, no sunshine can eradicate the gloom— for the moment safety is yours but it’s a dead end trap unless you dig your way through your comrades show you the flap where to begin but they suggest you begin by resting… you wonder if a smoke would spoil the air down there and you move around with your friend to find a place where in peace, you may finish your meal so you lift up the plastic cover and its precious seal …and then, the mountain beckons to you again now you are free, outside! with your friends… and the journey moves on in a van, carefully balanced, until you notice the colors on the sky that dance… after the rain, the four-fold rainbow blooms and you seek to capture its beauty before the sun sets and rises the moon, “it’s only good for pictures, ” – that’s fine, pass it on and you walk down the isle to catch the glimmer almost gone… …ah, the captain enters the room the virus in his second-in-command, it’s obviously strewn across his whole ship, but especially here… “I’ve found the antidote, ” – just don’t get too near… while everyone’s trying to kill you your survival is what wills you to go on nothing can erase the feeling of being chased in an endless looping throng of emotions so misplaced and wrong… …Goddess, get me out of here! let me leave! your prayer is only answered by a desperate shriek— as you wake and turn, afraid, to the wall the shrieks are not your imagination, they go on! oh, Goddess, late again, day ruined once more when will this endless tirade end, I should be gone! the pain, the killing, its memory living Goddess… what’s happening… what’s going on!
With an ache to comply to every muscle, sleep descends only disturbed by coughs incredibly violent, and in that malevolent heaving I wonder for just a moment or two whether this will all make you angry— I know it will, too… but Goddess, what can I do… the killing goes on in my head… it won’t leave me alone, here I find no rest… let me be…

Author's Notes: Ah... yes, a true story. x_x Most of this is my dream and horrible night full of nightmares, and then being awoken by some hunter in my wall (!!) killing a mouse. Obviously those shrieks are the ones I refer to... x_x
