Today I’m even with you,
alright? Grudgingly I’ll admit,
I’m also at fault in this.
Fine, you’re on the same level now…
yes, I acknowledge you’ve a right to be angry,
just as I had and have.
Though my conviction is stubbornly pointing
to the fact that you’d done more harm,
by lack of caring, I’ll still admit
that I, too, was somewhere wrong.
The city lights in the night
should pour in peace into your mind
I don’t hate you anymore,
I just resist you should you wish to bind… again,
we’re even,
you and I…
but you know, my once-love—
now we’re also enemies for life.
