breathing

yeah i am breathing gust of light breeze within this empty space filling me with its nothingness , and release old air straining to move , i feel the movement aware of this cycle so i smile beaming into the world in and out with my breath i release a thousand times. alive my heart beating yet non defeating but still a certain amount of beats left, i breath through my nose and hold it , but its not natural so again and again i release many thousand of times in rythmic purification and renewed i hold fast i am aware of this and in that i might just understand the way of breathing. space and time collapse in on them self s and hear the sound of my hart my blood and the breathing.
Author's Notes: this is about an breathing meditation at the buddist center today.
