heart songs

i have a fire in my belly
an angry eye towards the sky
you are deaf to my voice
i yell to the sky .
i scream to the people
to wake , its not to late
as a child i remember
the wars i grew up through
them, but i still have faith in
peace, i am older and wiser.
the peoples silence frightens
me they just dont care, are they
aware.
the penticle is of peace and the
ways of human life upright and strong
the female symbol sacred to the goddess
song. im not waving flags or lambasting countrys
i am coming from the heart , ill stand fast.
